The French public scheme assisting victims of cybercrime lists professionals able to step in after a hack, a ransomware attack or identity theft. An individual or a business reporting an incident on the platform is directed to providers in their area - it is the only directory in this list backed by the State.

A French blog covering hardware, software, artificial intelligence and video games every week, with reviews and guides. We read it to keep up, and recommend it to customers who want to follow what is happening without spending their evenings on it.
demoniaquepixel.frHanding over your computer means handing over your photos, your documents and sometimes your banking access. The question anyone calling us for the first time quite reasonably asks is simple: who am I dealing with?
A website does not answer that - we wrote it ourselves. An independent directory, public reviews we cannot delete and a trading history verifiable elsewhere do. That is the only point of these listings, and it is a real one.
This one stands apart from the others: it is not a commercial directory but the French public scheme assisting victims, run by the ACYMA public interest group. A person or a business hit by a hack, ransomware or identity theft reports the incident there and is directed to listed professionals in their area.
Being listed means committing to a charter of quality and transparency. It is also the site we recommend for reporting a scam, quite apart from any work on our part.
Appearing in a network of repairers commits us, and that is deliberate. We say page after page that a machine is worth repairing as long as the sums make sense: moving to an SSD extends a machine by several years, a replaced screen costs a fraction of a new computer.

Our sites and our customers' sites are hosted with OuiHeberg, who run their own network and their own data centers. It is a deliberate choice: someone you can actually reach, European infrastructure, and offerings that run from shared hosting to a dedicated server.
We handle the setup and the administration for customers who would rather not deal with it - while keeping one constant rule: the domain name and the credentials stay in your name. See our hosting and servers page.
We also work with Infomaniak, an independent Swiss host. Which of the two we choose depends on the real need: for a showcase site or a small shop, either will do. Infomaniak comes into its own when the data has to stay under Swiss law, or when the customer wants an alternative to the large American platforms for email and collaborative tools.
We do not push either one as a matter of course: we price both and tell you what actually changes.
With Agence Caféine, the logic differs from the directories above: it is a working partnership between two neighboring trades. They print, we fix computers.
In practice, when one of our customers needs business cards, a shop sign or vehicle graphics, we point them there rather than leaving them to search. And when one of theirs runs into a computer problem, they do the same. Each of us sticks to our own trade, which beats a supplier claiming to do everything.
Our travel area covers Lyon, its metropolitan area and the Rhône department. We still get calls from northern Isère, and sending a technician there on reasonable terms is not workable. Rather than leave those requests unanswered, we work with HELP Informatique 38, based in Saint-Clair-de-la-Tour.
The customer deals with them directly, at their rates: we take no commission and play no part in the invoicing. On our side, remote support has no geographical limit, so we still handle everything that does not require touching the machine ourselves. The towns concerned are listed on our service area page.
We support small and medium businesses, shops and professional practices in Lyon and the Rhône, on a one-off basis as well as under ongoing contract. We also work with other providers - business software vendors, operators, web agencies - when a job goes beyond our scope.
