Small and medium businesses, shops and professional practices: a single point of contact for workstations, network, backup and email.
For a household, a computer breakdown is an inconvenience. For you, it means work has stopped, customers are waiting and costs are running. That difference shapes the whole way we work with businesses.
We have supported organizations of two to fifty workstations around Lyon for more than twenty-five years. Diagnosis is free and you get the quote before any work starts.
Eight areas, one number to call.
Fast response when things break, preventive follow-up so they break less.
Supply, commissioning, joiners and leavers, hardware renewal.
Cabling, patch cabinet, business Wi-Fi, guest network and remote access.
Backups tested by real restore, ransomware protection, audit.
Addresses on your own domain, Microsoft 365, file sharing, migration.
The uses that actually save time, and the data question first.
Predictable budget, guaranteed response time and preventive work included.
Your IT run end to end, with no internal department to build.
Restore before repairing. Faced with a breakdown, we look first for whatever gets you working again - a replacement machine, a workaround, temporary access. The full repair comes afterwards, at a time that suits you.
Prevent rather than endure. A good share of the emergencies we handle were announced in advance: a tired disk, a backup that had stopped, an expired antivirus. None of that shows on screen, someone has to look regularly.
One point of contact. Many small organizations have one supplier for the website, one for the phones, one for the workstations - and nobody to join the dots when something goes wrong. We cover the lot, including dealing with the vendors of your business software.
Not always, and we don't push one as a matter of course. For two or three workstations with no critical business software, work on demand is enough: you call when you need us, you pay for what is done. A contract becomes worthwhile as soon as downtime is expensive, or there is a server or customer data involved: you gain a predictable budget, a guaranteed response time, and above all the preventive work, which does not exist on a call-out basis. See our contracts.
Professional practices - medical, legal, accounting - where the confidentiality of files comes first and where business software going down stops the day. Shops and restaurants, with their till, their network and their customer Wi-Fi. Tradespeople and small service businesses, often with no IT person and no wish to have one. Non-profits, with tight budgets and volunteers who come and go.
We work in Lyon and throughout the Rhône: see the towns we cover.
With a review of what you have, with no obligation. We look at your workstations, your network, your backups and your access rights, and tell you what is fine, what is urgent and what can wait. That document is yours, even if you take it no further.
It is rare for everything to be in order. It is common for the most useful fixes to be quick and inexpensive - and we will also tell you when spending money is not justified.
Yes, and it is a large part of what we do. We simply adapt the answer: for two workstations a contract usually makes no sense, work on demand is enough.
Regularly, often after the person who looked after it has left. We start with a review: whether administrator access can be recovered, whether the backups actually work, obsolete accounts, hardware at the end of its life.
Most software requests are handled remotely the same day, often within the hour. A site visit is arranged according to urgency. A maintenance contract sets a guaranteed response time.
Yes, and it is often the most useful part: we act as the technical go-between rather than leaving you to arbitrate between two suppliers blaming each other.
Everything worth knowing before you hand over your equipment.
