What data we collect, why, and what you can do about it.

When you fill in our form, we receive your name, email address, possibly your phone number, and the message you send us. We use this solely to reply to you and, where relevant, to arrange a call-out.
This data is neither sold nor passed on to third parties for commercial purposes. We keep it for as long as needed to handle your request, then for the legal retention period applicable to business relationships.
Our in-house counter records the number of pages displayed, without keeping your IP address or any identifying data. The resulting statistics are publicly viewable on our dedicated page.
If you agree, we use Google Analytics to understand how our site is used: pages visited, where visitors come from, device type. This service places cookies on your device and sends data to Google.
This measurement starts only after your explicit consent. If you decline, no measurement cookie is placed and the site works normally. You can change your mind at any time via the link at the bottom of the page.
Every page offers a chat window: an automated assistant answering questions about our services. It places no cookies. Your message is sent to an artificial intelligence provider established in the European Union, which produces the answer. Exchanges are kept for three months on our own server, with an anonymised IP address, to improve the answers. If you leave a phone number or an email address, it is emailed to us so that we can call you back. Never send a password or card number through this chat.
In forms where you enter an address (orders, customer area), suggestions appear as you type. To provide them, the text typed in the address field is sent to the Géoplateforme of the French National Institute of Geographic and Forest Information (IGN), the public service that publishes the French National Address Base. Only this text is sent, without your name, email address or phone number; as with any website visit, your IP address is known to this service. No cookie is set. You can also ignore the suggestions and type your address freely.
Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your personal data.
To exercise these rights, write to info@zone-help.com. We will reply within one month. If our answer does not satisfy you, you may refer the matter to the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
